Shipping policy

At MetaGo.pk, we aim to provide reliable and convenient delivery across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Delivery Coverage

MetaGo.pk currently offers delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier and supplier service availability.

Some remote areas or postal codes may have limited delivery options. If delivery is unavailable to a particular location, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after they have been successfully placed and confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier, availability, and delivery location.

An order may be shipped in separate packages if products are supplied from different locations or suppliers.

3. Delivery Time

For products sourced from suppliers within Pakistan, delivery generally takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

For products sourced internationally or directly from China, delivery may take approximately 10–17 days or longer depending on the product and shipping route.

The estimated delivery time shown on the relevant product page or at checkout should be considered the most accurate estimate for that product.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, supplier delays, address problems, or other circumstances beyond MetaGo.pk's reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

Product type and size
Delivery location
Supplier or fulfillment partner
Shipping method
Number of products ordered

Where free shipping is offered, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery

Where available, MetaGo.pk may offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

For COD orders, the customer is required to pay the total amount due to the courier at the time of delivery.

COD availability may vary by product, location, and supplier.

6. Order Confirmation

MetaGo.pk may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available communication methods to confirm order details, particularly for COD orders.

If an order cannot be confirmed, MetaGo.pk may cancel the order.

7. Tracking

Where tracking information is provided by the courier or fulfillment partner, MetaGo.pk may provide the tracking details to the customer.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the product and shipping provider.

8. Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery period, MetaGo.pk cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Delays may result from:

Courier or logistics issues
Weather conditions
Public holidays
High order volumes
Supplier or stock delays
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Events beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

Full name
Complete delivery address
City
Phone number
Any relevant address or landmark information

MetaGo.pk may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses or fails to receive the parcel, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive COD orders may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.

11. Multiple Products in One Order

Products purchased together may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled by different suppliers or shipped from different locations.

Separate deliveries do not necessarily mean that any item is missing from the order.

12. Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfillment

Some MetaGo.pk products may be sourced and fulfilled through third-party suppliers, distributors, or logistics partners.

In such cases, the product may be shipped directly from the supplier to the customer.

MetaGo.pk will make reasonable efforts to coordinate delivery and resolve shipping-related issues.

13. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to check the parcel and product upon delivery where possible.

If the product is visibly damaged, incorrect, or appears to have an issue, customers should contact MetaGo.pk as soon as possible and follow the procedure described in our Return & Refund Policy.
